Kambly Bretzeli au Chocolat Mocha Mousse

Preparation in 30 minutes

Ingredients

For 4 people

1 box Kambly Bretzeli au Chocolat
150 ml double cream
5 teaspoons of espresso coffee

 

Preparation: 30 minutes
Cooling time: at least 1 hour

Preparation 

  1. Separate the chocolate from the Bretzeli.
  2. Break the biscuits into small pieces.
  3. Melt the chocolate and mix with the coffee.
  4. Let the liquid chocolate cool down to room temperature.
  5. Beat the cream until stiff and fold in the melted chocolate.
  6. Mix the biscuit pieces with cream and pour into glasses.
  7. Chill the Bretzeli Mocha Mousse for at least one hour.
  8. Decorate shortly before serving with chocolate and Bretzeli.
