Kambly SA Spécialités des Biscuits, Mühlestrasse 4, 3555 Trubschachen (hereinafter referred to as “Kambly”), is organising this competition.
Participation is free of charge and is not dependent on the purchase of goods or services. Closing date is 01.09.2025, 23:59h.
Anyone over the age of 16 who is resident in Switzerland is eligible to enter. Employees of Kambly and their relatives may not enter.
No correspondence will be entered into concerning the competition. The organisers’ decision is final. The winners will be informed directly. The prizes cannot be exchanged for money or other prizes.
The winners will receive their prize by post or e-mail, using the contact details provided. If a prize cannot be delivered, the winner’s claim to the prize will be forfeited. In this case, Kambly is entitled to award the prize to someone else. Kambly accepts no liability if the prize notification is lost and/or not received by the winner for reasons not attributable to Kambly.
As the organiser, Kambly reserves the right to exclude participants from participation in the competition if they manipulate the competition procedure or attempt to do so, provide incorrect information during registration and/or violate statutory provisions or the conditions of participation. If, in such a case, a prize has already been handed over, it may be reclaimed.
Kambly shall only use the information provided by participants to process the competition and to conduct correspondence with the winners. The data will not be forwarded to third parties except where necessary for running this competition and dispatching the prizes. Subject to further authentication, the personal data will be deleted after the competition has been completed. No purchase is necessary. By taking part in this competition, participants accept these conditions of participation.
As the organiser, Kambly reserves the right to cancel, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons, and to change the conditions of participation at any time for cause. This applies in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. computer viruses, manipulation of the system or hardware/software errors) or for legal reasons, proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed.
