Apple cinnamon Bretzeli balls
Preparation in 15 minutes
Ingredients
2 boxes of Bretzeli apple cinnamon
60 g apple puree
30 g coconut fat or butter, melted
1 teaspoon cinnamon
If necessary, add 1 tablespoon icing sugar
½ teaspoon lemon zest (untreated)
30 g walnuts
Preparation

Add the pretzels to the food processor and chop finely.

Add the apple mousse, coconut butter (or butter), cinnamon, lemon zest and icing sugar to the pretzel mix.

Mix the mixture well by hand.

Shape approx. 18-20 balls from the mixture.

Add the walnuts to the food processor and chop finely.

Roll the balls through the ground walnuts and enjoy
