LebensART - Experience cheese making in the Alpine pastures

Visit Alpkäserei Gmünden (Gohl) and watch the cheese makers at work. A hearty Älpler-Znüni breakfast will set you up for helping with traditional cheese making. To round off the visit, you can take a two-hour horse and carriage ride with “Ross u Wage” through the idyllic Gohlgraben valley and back to Trubschachen.
