Schokoladenroulade
Preparation in 15 minutes
Ingredients
2 boxes of Petit Buerre with hazelnuts
75 g butter
25 g cocoa powder
80 ml milk
50 g hazelnuts
Preparation

Separate the biscuits from the chocolate.

Finely grind the biscuits in a food processor.

Chop the nuts into large pieces and put aside.

Melt the chocolate and butter together with the cocoa powder and milk.

Mix the chocolate mixture with biscuits and nuts.

Spoon mixture onto baking paper and shape into a roll with the help of the baking paper.

Chill for around 4 hours and then serve.
