PureSpelt Sablés Summer Fruit Crumble

Preparation in 10 minutes

Ingredients

24 cm round oven dish

500g mixed summer fruits
(e.g.: raspberries, apricots, blueberries, strawberries)
4 tbsps sugar
1 tbsp cornflour or potato flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of cinnamon
180g Kambly Sablés with almonds and PureSpelt
30g butter, softened
cream or ice cream to serve

Preparation 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan).
  2. Mix the summer fruits with the sugar, cornflour or potato flour, vanilla extract and cinnamon and pour into the oven dish.
  3. Place the Sablés with almonds and PureSpelt in a freezer bag and crush into rough crumbs with a rolling pin. Mix with the softened butter.
  4. Sprinkle the crumble over the fruit and bake for about 20 minutes.
  5. Serve with cream or ice cream.
