Date and nut creme (vegan)

Preparation in 30 minutes

Ingredients

9 Medjool dates
2 tablespoons almond butter
1 tablespoon cocoa powder (unsweetened)
Approx. 2 tablespoons hot water

1 box Kambly organic&vegan Coconut Rounds

 

Preparation: 30 minutes
Leave to rest: at least 4 hours or overnight

Preparation 

  1. Soak the Medjool dates in hot water (at lease 4 hours).
  2. Remove the stone and beat the dates with all the other ingredients in a blender until creamy.
  3. Fill the date creme into a piping bag.
  4. Pipe a layer of the creme onto a Kambly bio&vegan Coconut Round and cover with a second biscuit.
  5. Arrange and serve on a plate.
