Chocolate creme with nut squares (vegan)

Preparation in 20 minutes

Ingredients

175 g almond yogurt
35 g dark chocolate (vegan)
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 tablespoon icing sugar (or to taste)
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
60 g plant-based cream

 

1 box Kambly bio&vegan Nut Squares

 

Preparation: 30 minutes
Chill time: approx. 4 hrs

Preparation 

  1. Melt the chocolate with sugar and vanilla sugar and allow to cool slightly.
  2. Mix the almond yoghurt with cocoa powder and melted chocolate.
  3. Beat the plant-based cream until stiff and fold into the chocolate creme.
  4. Divide the creme into glasses and allow to cool in the fridge for a few hours.
  5. Serve and enjoy with Kambly bio&vegan Nut Squares.
